Planning for a BGA Education
Families approach educational planning in different ways, and we recognize that a Battle Ground Academy education represents a meaningful investment. To support families as they consider how BGA fits within their long-term plans, we offer financial aid and flexible tuition payment options.
BGA Affordability Measures
Families have the option to choose from multiple payment plans, including a monthly automatic draft, a semi-annual plan, or payment in full.
Thanks in large part to a healthy endowment and annual fund, we are fortunate to have an effective financial aid program that supports students and families who want the benefits of a BGA education and may need tuition assistance. Some of our most successful students and alumni have benefitted from financial aid.
New families seeking enrollment in grades Kindergarten through 12th grade who desire financial aid are encouraged to apply under our Priority Application Deadlines (January 15 for Kindergarten - Grade 12) and to complete the financial aid process by January 15.* Financial aid applications are processed through a third party (School and Student Services) to calculate a family’s estimated financial need, and the BGA financial aid committee uses the estimate as a guide for granting aid. The typical award is 70-75% of demonstrated need, and no student receives 100% of need.
*Only prospective students with a submitted admissions application will be considered for financial aid.
Read our BGA Financial Aid Policy and check out our FAQs for additional information about financial aid.
