myHomework App Helps Parents Check Student's Work & Progress
The iPad application myHomework is essentially the Middle School student’s digital agenda.  Students are learning how to use a number of excellent organizational skills through this app. One of its main functions is the listing of classwork and homework assignments, which can be an invaluable tool for parents to check their students’ work and progress. Download this app to your device (iPad, iPhone, Android, Windows, Kindle, Website) and ask your child for the login information. Check a video tutorial here: Questions?  Contact MS Technology Integrator Dwayne Clemmons.

Books for Parents! (Blessing of a B Minus available)
by Angela Green
The Parent/Professional Collection has been updated!  If you are looking for books on how to help your child get through that rough patch (at any age), how to resolve common parenting dilemmas, or how to talk to your child about a sensitive topic, we have the book for you!  The books recently recommended by Mr. Will Kesler at Meet the Teacher Night (The Blessing of a B Minus & The Blessing of a Skinned Knee by Wendy Mogel, Ph.D.) are available in paperback and on audiobook.  Please drop by the Middle School Library anytime to browse and check these out no matter which division your child currently attends.  We'd be happy to help you find whatever you need.
