Free Annual Pre-Participation Sports Screenings for BGA Athletes Set for April 26th
When:  Saturday, April 26th at 2:30 pm
Where:  Vanderbilt Bone and Joint, 206 Bedford Way, Franklin
Who:  BGA Athletes
What to Bring:  Completed TSSAA Physical Form signed by parent or legal guardian.  Download form here:

Note:  The TSSAA requires that all student athletes complete a pre-participation physical exam after April 15th of each year. Vanderbilt Bone & Joint offers pre participation sports screenings that will meet the annual requirements of the TSSAA but is not meant to take the place of your annual exam with your primary care physician or pediatrician. Order Jamboree Tickets Online!
Tickets ($1 each) can be purchased online (click here) April 11th - 30th.  Or, they can be purchased during ALL lunch periods April 29, 30 and May 1.  Don’t worry about losing them….we will hold all tickets purchased and deliver them during upper school asembly and middle school advisory on Jamboree Day.  Extra tickets will also be available to purchase on that day.

Apple Hosting Two Exclusive Events for BGA Students & Parents
The Cool Springs Apple Store is hosting two events for BGA students and parents to purchase their Apple gear and participate in free training sessions. The dates are Saturdays, April 12th and May 3rd, both from 8-10 am. The event is free-of-charge but the store needs a head count for staffing purposes.  Please CLICK HERE to rsvp your attendance.

Junior Achievement Seeking Parent Volunteers
Junior Achievement is the world’s largest organization dedicated to educating students about workforce readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy through experiential, hands-on programs. We will begin our Junior Achievement program this semester. We are still in need of several parent volunteers to teach a class. The commitment is short, consisting of a brief training and five lessons that you will teach to the students. These lessons are provided for you along with all the materials needed. Funeral Arrangements for Randy Tucker, BGA Interim Head of School
Battle Ground Academy will be closed on Thursday, April 24 in observance of the sudden passing of our Interim Head of School Randy Tucker. Classes will resume and offices will re-open on Friday, April 25. Read more for funeral details and Mr. Tucker's obituary.
