Kaedyn Marable scored seven touchdowns Thursday to lead the Battle Ground Academy football team its first state championship since 2003 and further etch his name in the TSSAA record books.

The Visual Arts Department is proud to announce the Mary Campbell Easel Award recipients for the first quarter of the 2025-26 school year.

Battle Ground Academy has appointed Andy Taylor as the school’s new director of safety and security. He will oversee all aspects of campus safety and security across the Early Learning Center, Lower, Middle and Upper School campuses, ensuring a secure environment for students, faculty and families. 

The Battle Ground Academy girls cross country team did what the boys track and field team did this spring – win their first state championship. It’s a pattern coach Luke Johnson is all too proud of with his teams battling to make history at the Franklin school.

Wendy Dunavant, Jack Jeong, Kat McElroy ’97, Bubba Miller and Wes Sellers ‘96 have been named to BGA’s board of trustees. Matt Ligon ‘87 and Dr. Preston Brown ’87 are departing the board after completing their terms.
