BGA tuition is inclusive of fees, including but not limited to: the meal plan (excluding Lower School), classroom consumables, field trips, and a technology fee. Additional billable items include individual fees, such as extracurricular activities and class trips (third through eighth grade). Parents of students in grades 5-12 are responsible for providing an iPad for their student and purchasing all textbooks and apps. Families may also choose to purchase Tuition Insurance, Student Accident Insurance, and a Lower School meal plan.

Seventy percent of tuition goes toward the investment in our people through salary, benefits, and professional development. As a nonprofit, BGA uses tuition revenue to support our people, programs, and facilities, and looks for ways to enhance the well-being and success of our students by continuing to attract, retain, and develop the best faculty and staff possible.
Meal Plan
The BGA Meal Plan includes lunch for every student.  In the Middle and Upper schools, the cost of lunch is included in our tuition and fees.  In the Lower School the meal plan is optional for students.  The cost is $895. 

Payment Options

BGA offers a variety of payment plans and options to help make private education a reality, including annual, semi-annual, and monthly payments. All tuition and fees are billed and collected through our third-party tuition management service, FACTS Management.

Financial Aid
Last year, BGA awarded more than $2 million in aid to help families meet financial need. Families interested in learning more about financial aid should email financialaid@mybga.org for information and procedures, or visit the Financial Aid page of the website.

Priority Admissions Application Deadline: January 15, 2020
To be considered in the first round of admissions decisions, all admissions applications and supporting materials must be submitted by this date. Applicants will be notified in February 2020.
