Character. Scholarship. Excellence.
The ALYNE Q. MASSEY HONORS SCHOLARSHIP is offered to incoming 9th grade students who would be new to BGA. They may compete for four(4) Honors Scholarships. The Scholarships are merit based and awarded to selected students who meet the scholarship requirements. As there is not a special application for this opportunity, please contact the Office of Admissions via phone call or email if you wish to apply.

To be considered for the Honors Scholarship, a 9th grade applicant must be a high achieving student with strong grades and ISEE (Independent School Entrance Exam) scores. The applicant's admissions file must be complete before being considered for the Honors Scholarship and the file will be considered as part of the selection process. Students must participate in a special interview with members of the scholarship selection committee.

Interested applicants must complete the financial aid process due to the TSSAA eligibility requirements. Applicants not eligible for financial aid may be selected for the scholarship but may not participate in TSSAA sanctioned varsity sports.
