Character. Scholarship. Excellence.
In keeping with BGA's Mission Statement, the Service Learning Program helps students realize the value of meaningful, respectful service to others and understand their role in this service.

School-wide Goals to Achieve This Mission:

  • To ensure that students will develop habits of service that will stay with them throughout their lives, committing themselves to others as dictated by conscience and expectations of a civil society and good citizenship.
  • To encourage students to build long-term relationships with community organizations in Franklin, Middle Tennessee and beyond.
  • To help students learn to accept others regardless of physical or emotional limitations, race, heritage, or economic status.
Meaningful opportunities for service will be provided to our students in all three divisions with each division’s goals building into the next division’s goal.
