Cmdr. Kelechi Ndukwe '97 led the USS Halsey (DDG 97) and its crew back to its homeport at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam on October 4, after successfully completing a scheduled five-month deployment to the U.S. 5th and 7th Fleet areas of responsibility.
